CNH bought a part of Zasso

It’s the company that developed the Electroherb solutions for electric weed control.

CNH Industrial is now a minority shareholder of the German Zasso Group AG. It bought the area specialized in solutions for electric weed control.

Through the operation, the multinational reinforces the product portfolio of Agxtend, the company’s division dedicated to the development of new technology companies.

The Electroherb solutions, patented by Zasso, allow the control of weeds using an electric field.

This technology can also be used in urban weed management situations.

Zasso was founded in 2016 and joined the Agxtend platform in January 2019, providing exclusive distribution of its XPower electronic herbicide technology.
