Spanish Tractor Registrations Increased 30.6% in 2025
Annual registrations totaled 13,511 units, making Spain one of the strongest-performing tractor markets in Europe during 2025.

Spain emerged as one of the few bright spots in the European tractor market during 2025.
According to data released by ANSEMAT, based on official registrations reported by Spain’s Directorate-General for Traffic (DGT), total tractor registrations reached 13,511 units during the year, up 30.6% from 10,342 units reported in 2024.
Within the agricultural tractor segment, registrations totaled 11,006 units, representing a 21.8% increase compared with the previous year.
The recovery pushed monthly registration levels to some of their highest levels since 2007, according to ANSEMAT.

Agricultural tractors led the market recovery
Agricultural tractors remained the dominant segment of the Spanish market in 2025, totaling 11,006 registrations and accounting for 81.5% of total tractor sales.
The segment increased 21.8% year-over-year from 9,036 units reported in 2024.
Market Context
John Deere remained the leading tractor brand in Spain during 2025, accounting for 20.0% of total registrations.
New Holland ranked second with an 11.0% market share, followed by Fendt (7.0%), Deutz-Fahr (6.0%) and Case IH (5.0%).
Indian manufacturers such as Solis, Farmtrac, Captain and TAFE also continued expanding their presence in the Spanish market, although with relatively small market shares.
